In order to push for more electric scooters and better after sales service, Ola Electric to expand its service centres to 1000+ by December End via its Hyperservice program
Ola Electric is India’s largest two-wheeler manufacturer and has the most market share in the segment. Company’s CEO Bhavish Aggarwal via his social media handle revealed the #HyperService initiative to boost customer ownership experience.
After having over 7 lakh members, the electric vehicle market has not even started yet and is aimed to grow at a staggering rate by the next few years. This new initiative will enhance customer ownership experience by expanding company’s service centre network.
Expansion of Service Centers
Ola Electric operates over 800 stores and 500 service centres across India. With the new #HyperService initiative, the electric two-wheeler manufacturer targets to double its service centres to 1,000 by the end of 2024.
Not just that, the company also plans to solidify its ecosystem in the country by investing in third-party mechanics. Ola Electric via its new ”Network Partner Program’ will train over 1 lakh third-party mechanics by the end of 2025, offering a vast availability of skilled mechanics and technicians to deliver rapid solutions for company’s electric scooters.
SIngle Day Service Guarantee
Ola’s new HyperService initiative’s key highlight is the ‘Quick Service Guarantee’ program. Ola Electric customers will receive a 1-day resolution for their service issues and in case of a delay, the customers will also be provided with a backup S1 scooter to minimize inconvenience. In addition to that, Ola Care+ subscribers will also get free ‘Ola Cabs coupons’ in case of any service issues.
AI-Powered Proactive Maintenance
Ola Electric has plans for further improving the service experience via their ‘AI-powered proactive maintenance’ and remote diagnostics service. These advanced technologies will offer faster resolution of problems by using AI power, offering proactive solutions for the customers. Bhavish also stated these features will come with the new MoveOS 5 update, scheduled for October 2024.
Comprehensive Support Network
The new #HyperService initiative from Ola Electric also aims to create a more accessible and robust service network that will allow customers to have better support anytime and anywhere. By expanding its service centres the automaker will also expand in the training of the mechanics and become the leader in India’s growing EV market.
